Order Processing
- All orders placed before our daily cut-off time are processed and dispatched the same business day.
- Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped using Australia Post Express Post.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location. While most Express Post parcels arrive within 1–3 business days, delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We also offer free Express Shipping on orders over $300.
Tracking Your Order
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your order at any time using the Australia Post website.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please ensure your shipping information is correct before placing your order. CYTORA LABS is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been handed to Australia Post, delivery is managed by the carrier. If your parcel is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us at support@cytoralabs.com.au, and we'll assist you in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post.

- Orders placed after 6:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
